Bio

Mr. Dageforde has over 20 years of structural design, project management and inspection experience on a variety of buildings and structures, with an emphasis on projects in the heavy industrial sector. Some of his duties include performing and coordinating structural inspections, managing rehabilitation projects, analyzing existing structures and designing new buildings.

Mr. Dageforde has performed and directed structural inspections on a multitude of buildings, cranes, crane runways and other various structures. He has provided repairs and upgrades on these structures consisting of various type of reinforcement, replacement, temporary shoring and/or engineered redesigns as deemed necessary.

As an Associate Principal, Mr. Dageforde has coordinated multiple rehabilitation and new construction jobs which include structural design, erection and fabrication details. He has managed multiple Blast Furnace rehabilitations which have encompassed coordinating inspection crews, providing structural repairs for the various structures and process components and providing field monitoring during the construction phase. During these projects, he also coordinates progress meetings, interfaces directly with the client representatives and contractors and acts as technical support during the construction/repair efforts.
