Mr. McCullough has 36 years of engineering consulting and structural steel design/detailing experience in his home state of Indiana as well as numerous other states in the Midwest, the South, Southwest and along the West Coast. His experience encompasses a wide range of structural engineering projects including industrial, commercial, residential and petrochemical structures.  Mr. McCullough expertise and knowledge in the new design, detail drafting and rehabilitation of existing structures, such as; commercial/industrial buildings, bridges, equipment supports and foundations, crane runways, process lines, blast furnaces plants, basic oxygen furnaces plants, to name a few.  This experience, along with being a problem solver and detail oriented person, has a wealth of diversified knowledge for Mr. McCullough to be quite competent to manage an assortment of structural rehabilitation or design projects either in the field or in the office throughout the years.

The first five years of Mr. McCullough’s structural engineering consulting career was spent working for a variety of consulting engineering firms as a draftsman.  The next sixteen years were spent as a Project Leader for the field services department, under Mr. Mohr, at a northwest Indiana consulting engineering firm.  In December of 2000, after completing a pickle line inspection, rehabilitation and construction management project, Mr. McCullough was hired as the Department Manager for the Field Services Department at Enspect, Inc. and held that position till January of 2005.  At that time, Mr. McCullough moved to Phoenix, Arizona and started his own consulting business as a structural steel detailer/designer for commercial projects in the valley.  In 2012, Mr. McCullough returned from Arizona and became Project Manager for the field services department to work on structural rehabilitation and/or design projects for the industrial and commercial clientele.
